On April 25, 2023 the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic on the topic “State, trends and possible risks of rule-making activities in the Kyrgyz Republic”.

This scientific and practical conference was organized by the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences in conjunction with the legal clinic “Adilet”.

During the conference the President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Corresponding Member K.E. Abdrakhmatov; Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic B.B. Borubashov, Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Z.K. Bazarbekov; Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic E.Zh. Oskonbaev; Secretary General of the Anti-Corruption Business Council under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic N.A. Musakanova and Director of Public Foundation “Legal Clinic “Adilet” Ch.I. Zhakupova.

The Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Academician Ch.I. Arabaev; Senior Consultant of the Office of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic Zh.K. Ashirmatova; Director of the Institute of Rulemaking and Rule of Law under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic A.D. Dzharkynbaev work with the Legal Department of the Office of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic M.N. Sapiyanova; lawyer of the Public Foundation “Legal Clinic “Adilet” N.D. Sergeeva and acting Director of the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Law Ch.K Botoeva.

After the speeches of the speakers, the participants of the scientific-practical conference discussed the state of the rule-making activity in the Kyrgyz Republic.
