On May 13, 2023 an Agreement of Cooperation and Interaction was signed between the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and Alliance Altyn LLC (Jerooy gold deposit).

The subject of the Agreement is the establishment of partnerships and the development of long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Parties aimed at the implementation of projects:

• exchange of experience on issues of legislation and institutional development in the field of mineral resources and industrial safety;
• exchange of experience and knowledge in education in the field of geology and mining industry and safe operation of hazardous mining facilities;
• conducting scientific and practical research on the geological study of the subsoil;
• exchange of experience and knowledge with visits to mineral deposits;
• implementation of joint programs and projects;
• participation in the organization and holding of joint events, including conferences, forums, symposiums and exhibitions;
• training to improve the level of professionalism and knowledge of specialists in the geological and mining industry;
• formation of a positive image of the Parties for the investment community;
• interaction with public organizations and the expert community;
• joint development of priority innovative projects and creation of conditions for the introduction of created innovative technologies and products.
