The Vice President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Academician Ch.I. Arabaev took part in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Russia and the World: Dialogues – 2023. Goals and Values” which took place on May 16, 2023 in Moscow, Russian Federation. The conference organizer was the National Research Institute for the Development of Communications. Academician Ch.I. Arabaev made a report “Russian civilization in the modern world order” at the Plenary session of the Conference.

The participants of the conference discussed the formation of a new world order, models and forecasts for the development of international and regional processes, mechanisms for the development of international dialogue, factors of Russia’s attractiveness to the foreign community.

A solemn signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Research Institute for the Development of Communications took place during the visit of Academician Ch.I. Arabaev. The parties agreed on cooperation in areas of mutual interest within the framework of developing cooperation with scientific institutions of foreign countries and international scientific organizations.

He also visited the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences and discussed the issue of scientific and technical cooperation.
