On September 12, 2024 at 10: 00 a.m. in the hall of the National Historical Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic as a result of the joint organization of the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the A. Altmyshbayev Institute of Philosophy, the B. Zhamgyrchinov Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnology, the M.M. Institute of Geology. A scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic, laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic named after Toktogul, knight of the Orders of Manas, Ak-Shumkar, Red Banner of Labor, “Badge of Honor”, statesman and public figure, academician, Doctor of Geological and mineralogical Sciences Apas was held by Adyshev and the National Historical Museum of the Kyrgyz Republic Zhumagulova.

Before the conference, the opening of the art exhibition “Exemplary Life” took place in the hall of the Historical Museum.

The moderator of the scientific and practical conference was the Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, academician Ch. I. Arabaev.

A documentary film dedicated to the work of A. Zhumagulov was shown at the scientific and practical conference.

A. Asankanov, Director of the Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Political Sciences T. B. Mamytov, Director of the Institute of Philosophy named after A. Altmyshbayeva, Professor, Doctor of Philosophy N.K. Saralaev, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Director of the Institute of Language and Literature named after Ch. Aitmatov, Doctor of Philology A.A. Akmataliev made a detailed report on the hero of the Kyrgyz Republic, statesman and public figure, academician, Doctor of Geological and mineralogical Sciences A. Zhumagulov.
