On March 16, 2023 the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic hosted a seminar “Legal protection of service inventions” organized by the State Agency for Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent).

The purpose of this seminar is to discuss issues related to the implementation of the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Service Inventions, Utility Models, Industrial Designs” and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “Patent Law”.
