On December 20, 2022 in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic) the International Ecological Forum “Ecological and water problems of Central Asia: methods and solutions using new modern technologies” was held, organized by the Research Center for Ecology and Environment of Central Asia (Bishkek , RCEECA) at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Eco Solutions LLC, Zhongke Third Pole (Anhui) Technology Research Institute, Strategic Alliance for Innovation in Science and Industrial Technology “One Belt, One path”. The forum was opened by the co-director of the RCEECA (Bishkek) Salamat Abdyzhapar uulu. The participants of the forum were welcomed by Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Dzhumataev M.S., Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Ashimova D.A., Academician, Vice-President of the Xinjiang Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Director of the RCEECA (Urumqi) Chen Shi, Professor, Co-Director of the RCEECA (Urumqi) Bishkek) Li Yaoming, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic Kenzhematova K.A., Head of the Monitoring and Analysis Department of the Department of Construction and Engineering Infrastructure under the State Agency for Architecture, Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Ismailov I.S., General Director of Eco Solutions LLC Ashirmatov N.K. The reports discussed ways to solve the problem of drinking water in Kyrgyzstan as a whole (Department of Construction and Engineering Infrastructure), and in particular, in villages with a dispersed location of households (RCEECA (Bishkek)). Questions of innovative solutions for water purification and the use of treatment facilities in cities, boarding houses, the reports of the Hefei Institute of Physical Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of China, Eco Solutions LLC. Tariff policy in water resources management, optimization of hygiene standards for the quality of drinking water in the Kyrgyz Republic are presented in the reports of the Department of Construction and Engineering Infrastructure, RCEECA (Kyrgyzstan). Technology-oriented and fully integrated environmental solutions, ultra-pure filtration technology for removing dust from industrial flue gases were presented by scientific institutions from Anhui, China. Ways to improve water management using smart solutions for irrigation systems were proposed (JNTECH RENEWABLE ENERGY, China). The results of studies of the relationship between fluctuations in Issyk-Kul Lake and the humidity of its basin, river flow and the current state of Teskey Ala-Too glaciers are presented by the Tien Shan Alpine Scientific Center at the Institute of Water Problems and Hydropower of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
