Dear Colleagues!
On January 24, 2023 at 09.30 in the small conference hall of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, a lecture by Professor of Reykjavik University – an expert from Iceland, Dr. Paul Valdimarsson on geothermal energy will be held in order to present the experience of Iceland and develop recommendations in the field of sustainable energy development, energy efficient construction, management of the urban heating system, as well as the use of geothermal energy in agriculture.
Dr. Paul Valdimarsson is a professor at Reykjavik University with 30 years of experience in geothermal research.
Engaged in the manufacture and installation of turnkey organic power plants with the Rankine cycle for geothermal energy and waste using heat recovery technologies.
He was the manager of Atlas Copco Gas and Process in Cologne (Germany) “Energy Solutions”.
He is the founder of the consulting company P. Valdehf
