The Center for Humanitarian Studies in Central Asia of the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnology named after B. Dzhamgerchinov of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz State Universitynamed after I. Arabaev together with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Central Asia held an international scientific and practical Forum “Youth of Kyrgyzstan Today and Tomorrow” on April 26, 2023 in the conference hall of the Park Hotel in Bishkek. The Forum was attended by deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Secretary General of the ADF under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of the ministries of the Kyrgyz Republic, the rector of Naryn, Talas, Batken, Issyk-Kul State Universities, the rector and faculty of Bishkek universities, scientists, independent experts, public and statesmen, students of city and regional universities of Kyrgyzstan, journalists, etc.
A student competition was announced for the best article on the topic “Youth of Kyrgyzstan Today and Tomorrow”. A special commission selected the winners of the competition.
During the work of the Forum, a presentation of the book “Youth of Kyrgyzstan Today and Tomorrow” was held, the basis of which was the results of field research conducted in all regions of Kyrgyzstan. The authors of which are Doctor of History, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the Center for Humanitarian Studies in Central Asia of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Ch.U. Koichumanova and Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor N.S. Usupova.
At the end of the Forum the winners of the competition were awarded diplomas (I, II, II place), gifts and certificates to the participants.
