The mathematical study of the Kyrgyz mathematician, academician A.A. Borubaev “Property of permutability of operations of the absolute, completion and expansion of the uniform space” is recognized as a world scientific discovery.

Academician A.A. Borubaev is the first from Central Asia to be included in the register of world scientists by the Scientific Committee of Socrates which was established by 16 countries of the world.

In March 2023 at the invitation of the University of Madrid (Spain) Academician A.A. Borubaev made a scientific report at the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, after that he met with colleagues at the University of Zurich (Switzerland).

On June 10-22, 2023 at the invitation of the Chinese side Academician A.A. Borubaev visited the University of Qingdao (PRC) where he delivered a scientific report and discussed issues of scientific cooperation. During his visit Academician A.A. Borubaev was solemnly awarded the diploma of Honorary Professor of Qingdao University.

In Jinan (PRC) he delivered a welcoming speech at the Young Talents Forum.

A visit by Academician A.A. Borubaev to the University of Patras (Greece) is expected soon to make a scientific report and discuss scientific cooperation.
