On October 6, 2023, a visiting meeting of the World Forum “New Era – New Ways” was held in Bishkek, organized by the International Organization of Eurasian Cooperation (EAEU), the official partners of the event were the Bar of the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek) and the Dictatorship of the Law Group of Companies (Moscow). The forum was attended by representatives of official authorities, international organizations, business and business communities, practicing lawyers, political, public and scientific figures, representatives of traditional religions.

The main issues discussed in the forum:

• The Great Eurasian Partnership as the center of unification of the multipolar world;
• Establishing cooperation between legal communities of various states within the framework of participation in the Eurasian Association of Lawyers.

In the discussion session of the forum, the Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Law, Academician Ch.I. Arabaev made a report in the official language on the topic: “Courts of elders in the Kyrgyz Republic as a way to preserve traditional values in the context of globalization.”
