The Dongfang Scholarship Program, run by Peking University (PRC) since 2019, is a unique experience for young leaders from around the world.

 The participation in this program from September 4 to November 24, 2023 of a representative from the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, chief specialist of the Department for Science and International Cooperation Mambetzhunushova Aisuluu highlights the interest of Kyrgyzstan in developing relations with China in the field of science.

Certificate was received upon completion of the program.

The program’s focus on Chinese politics, economics, governance, international relations and culture is an exciting opportunity for participants to expand their knowledge and gain valuable experience in these key areas. Particularly important is the fact that the program included lectures, seminars, visits to Chinese government organizations, trips to various provinces, and cultural visits which allowed participants to gain a deeper understanding of the diverse aspects of China.

It is important to note that the program not only enriched the participants with extensive knowledge and experience, but also strengthened the relationship between Kyrgyzstan and China. The fraternal, bilateral ties strengthened through the Dongfang program are an important outcome and bear fruit in the form of enhanced cooperation between both countries.

This program has succeeded in its mission of strengthening international connections and knowledge sharing, leaving lasting impressions and stimulating further cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China.
