In accordance with the decrees of the President of the country S.N. Zhaparov, a round table was held

On May 15, 2024, the Institute of Philosophy named after Academician A.A. Altmyshbayev, the Secretariat of the People’s Kurultai, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan, the United Spiritual Society “Kyrgyz Zholu” as part of the implementation and discussion of the decrees signed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic S.N. Zhaparov, a round table was held on the topic “The place of national and religious values in state ideology”.

The round table was headed by the Vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Law, Academician Ch.I. Arabaev.

A documentary film related to Kyrgyz traditions was shown at the round table.

The first speaker was O.E. Kapalbayev, Deputy Head of the Department of Political and Economic Research of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the Department of Policy Development, Monitoring and Analysis of Reforms, Doctor of Historical Sciences, emphasizing the need for unification, not confrontation at the present time.

The Director of the Institute of Philosophy of the Kyrgyz National Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor N. Saralaev – “Clash of values in the era of globalization“, Chairman of the National Union of Writers of the Kyrgyz Republic K.K. Imanaliev made reports on “National idea, ideology and identity“, Doctor of Political Science Mamytov – ”Ideological foundations of radical religious terrorism and extremism”.

Malikov, an expert in the field of religion, K.A. Koshaliev, Chairman of the Kyrgyz Zholu Spiritual Society, Candidate of Political Science, O. Moldaliev, an expert on international and national security issues, and G. Madaminov, a well-known teacher, also spoke.

After the presentations, there was a discussion where the participants of the round table were able to ask questions and get answers.
