On June 20-21, 2024, the International Scientific Conference “V Borubaev Readings” was held, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the 40th anniversary of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The conference was attended by mathematical scientists from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and South Korea.

On June 20-21, 2024 (Bishkek- Cholpon-Ata), the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the Zhusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University and the Kyrgyz Mathematical Society, organized and held the International Scientific Conference “V Borubaev Readings” dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the 40th anniversary of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 The purpose of the international scientific conference is to discuss the development of research methods for modern problems in the field of topology, geometry and functional analysis, algebra, differential and integral equations and methods for optimizing complex systems, and their applications in building mathematical models in industry, economics and the agricultural sector, as well as expanding scientific ties between scientists and research institutions in foreign countries.

 The V Borubaev readings were opened by the Director of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Doctor of Ph.D., Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Borubaev A.A. The President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences K.E. Abrakhmatov; Head of the Department of Science and Innovation of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ph.D., Associate Professor G.Y. Toktoshov.; vice-President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph.D., Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Temirbekov N.M.; Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of the Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Ph.D., Professor, Zaitov A.A.; Professor Choi Young-Sang (South Korea). Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Borubaev A.A.; corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Temirbekov N.M.; Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Toktoshov G.Y.; corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Pankov P.S.; corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences Matieva G. The conference was attended by scientists – mathematicians of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, South Korea. The conference was held in a hybrid format. The conference was attended by mathematicians from J. Balasagyn KNU, I. Razzakov KSTU, AUCA, K. Karasaev BSU, I. Arabaev KSU, OSH State University, ZHAGU, BatSU, K. Tynystanov ISU. From history:

The first “Borubai readings-2016” took place on June 29, 2016 in the picturesque place “Chunkurchak” of the Chui region.

The second “Borubayev Readings 2018” took place on March 1, 2018 at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

The third “Borubaev Readings-2019”, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, which took place on May 24, 2019, Bishkek.

The fourth “Borubayev Readings-2022” took place on October 28, 2022 at the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek.

The “Borubayev Readings- I, II, III, IV” were attended by prominent scientists from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.

SCIENTIFIC DIRECTIONS OF READINGS:

1. Topology, geometry and functional analysis
2. Differential equations, integral equations and inverse problems
3. Mathematical modeling and mathematical methods in economics
4. Algebra and methods of teaching mathematics

The materials of the reports on the recommendation of the Organizing Committee will be published in the scientific journal “Bulletin of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic”.
